This Training Includes:

Full Day Training


5 HOUR TRAINING

This Training Includes:

  • An introduction to easily applied mindfulness exercises
  • Specific solution-oriented mindfulness exercises tailored to your staff needs
  • Gaining an understanding of the brain science behind mindfulness and why it works
  • Practice mindfulness exercises that can bring short and long term benefits
  • Strategies on how to create, implement and run a successful mindfulness program for your organization

Online Mindfulness Practice

Any employee who has completed one of the half or full day trainings is eligible to participate in a weekly 20 minute lunchtime mindfulness practice session.

The practice is a group practice offered by Mary Lou Jelinek. Participants will connect through Zoom.


Consulting

Mindfulness is more than a one day training. We know that your time is valuable and that schedules are hard to coordinate. It is easy to want to continue the practice but often hard to carry out. For just this reason, we offer both the online practice group and consulting services after having completed one of the In-House Trainings.

Many companies have found that having an in-house employee who has a passion for mindfulness as an organizer and contact person, is key in transitioning the work environment and retaining the skills learned in the in-house training. We are available to offer strategies and on-going support that will enable you to maintain a mindful workplace environment that fits the needs of your schedule.
